Customer Service Supervisor at Detroit Metro airport - airline travel
I wanted to thank Liz the Customer Care Supervisor at the Detroit Metro Airport. She rose to the occasion and helped our group of 44 pilgrims on our way to the Holy Land to salvage our trip. United Airlines had cancelled our flight and we missed our plane to Tel Aviv and Liz and Daniel helped get us a place to stay.
They were very kind and so caring we the United Methodist Church are grateful for heroes like this who went above and beyond their duty.
