united airlines gr8 customer service
Inflight customer service is gr8 air hostess shows up only once in 4 hrs flight Ewr to Huston. Leg space was so nice I could hardly breath
Flight is delayed 02 hrs 2 hrs wait at customer service counter
Got voucher for cheapest hotel Red roof in Huston
Flight delayed and missed connection spent so much money $600 on ticket and lost one day wages but United spent $14 voucher and $50 room in dirty hotel
United in low cost airline with premium fares.
For United customer is just a seat number
