MY NAME IS DAVID HONAKER. WAS ON PLANE AND DELAYED TO OGG FOR ONE HOUR, BECAUSE OF PROGRAM UPDATE PROBLEMS. WE HAD TO DE-PLANE, THAN GO TO GATE 83 AND THAT OVER TO GATE 61, WE ENDED UP TAKING OFF ABOUT 2HR LATE. MY ARRIVAL WAS AROUND 8:00 PM. MY RIDE WAS NOT ABLE TO BE THERE AT THIS TIME BECAUSE OF OTHER COMMITMENTS, DUE TO THIS DELAYED INCONVENIENCE, I WAS NOT ABLE TO BE PICKED-UP TILL 11:10 PM. MY NEXT FLIGHT WILL BE FROM OGG TO SALT LAKE CITY AND WAS WONDERING IF I CAN BE COMPENSATED FOR THESE INCONVENIENCES.
