    My husband and I would like to personally recognize Ms Paula who worked at the Rio De Janeiro airport in Brazil at Gate C57 on 3/10/17 and 3/11/17. She was so considerate and we appreciated her care and concern. My husband and I flew Gol airlines from Manaus to rio to catch our flight back to Houston. We had a tight connection and we utimately missed our flight home because our GOL flight was 45min delayed.     I flew from Newark to Phoenix AZ on sept. 26 suppose to be back on oct 3rd but i didn't make it cuz the court from AZ won't let me to go back till I finish the program, I called the day I suppose to go back and let them know that I wouldn't be able to take that flight. Now I have to pay the change fee for $250 I explain myself that I can't go on that flight because of the court if I leave AZ I will get a warrant. They want me to pay the fee and the difference of the ticket when I'm ready to go back to Nj and they said they might refund the cost of change of flight... More...

    I really appreciate Justin James (Jay Jay)'s help on my flight this morning (7/16/15) from Nashville to Chicago. He was very nice to my daughter Alyssa and let her assist him in doing a "seatbelt check".     We had a all day delay this airplane 1st from maine potrland airplane 4872 and to dallas 1072. First 45 min delay and 2nd is 2 hour 9 min delay. Even we are on airplane and get out and wait for over 2hrs. This is not right service. Dont ever use this airplane. American airline us best. Even price is not much different.     both my wife and I are handicapped and have some special needs. because our flight from st. Louis was delayed by weather we were afraid that we would miss our connecting flight to las vegas. the crew waited for us and the stewardesses were most helpful. we were traveling with our pet and they checked and made sure he was on board. during the flight they were attentive, good-humored, and showed concern for our well-being..     United is gr8 airline. Inflight customer service is gr8 air hostess shows up only once in 4 hrs flight Ewr to Huston. Leg space was so nice I could hardly breath Flight is delayed 02 hrs 2 hrs wait at customer service counter Got voucher for cheapest hotel Red roof in Huston Flight delayed and missed connection spent so much money $600 on ticket and lost one day wages but United spent $14 voucher and $50 room in dirty hotel United in low cost airline with premium fares.     I am disgusted with the customer service of this airline. In August was my very first time getting on a plane. I was going to St. Louis to visit my boyfriend from August 6-10 of 2014. My first flight was delayed due to the original plain we were supposed to be flying had a bad engine. The seats were hard and uncomfortable. I decided to extend my fight in St. Louis so I called on August 9th to extend my flight and the customer service representative charged me an additional $200.   • Brent Jones saved my vacation!!



    On July 16th of this year, I arrived at O'hare International Airport and I missed my flight. I missed it due to poor service from the taxi service. I drove to the airport and by the time I arrived at the gate I had missed flight. After being told there were no more flights, I closed my eyes and decided to just sit and pray.     I am truly apaulled at the way ExpressJet has treated one of your customers on a flight. He was given a broken seat, then called names (Thug), escorted off the plane, arrested, and ten told he'd better be glad he didn't have a turban on his head or he'd be in prison on the spot. REALLY????? This is a very respectable young man who has witnesses on the flight that attest that he did nothing wrong but was treated like an animal.     Flying on a return trip from Cleveland we had a mechanical delay on a return flight leaving 1 hour behind schedule.
