Customer service agent Attitude

Very dissatisfied with customer service agent last night at LAX flight 5906 to Phx She was very rude in reference to my carry on bag didn't allow me to make adjustment to bag because I had just taken off my sweatshirt from connecting flight because little warm she only said I will see about baggage and told me to pay $50.didn't allow me option of free like passenger in front of me even passenger ahead of me thought she was rude for giving free to her not me
