Disappointed


I was scheduled to fly out yesterday threw American Airlines however by flight was delayed 45 mins due to weather I had a connecting flight in Dallas bringing me to Houston, however the flight attendant suggested bc I was traveling with an infant to take a flight the next day threw United bc my connection was the last of the day. Meaning if I didn't make it I would have been stuck over night in Dallas. Ok great thank you, I prefer not to chance it. Schedules my flight for 635am I arrive at the airport an hour and 48 mins before my flight get in line to get my ticket bc I have an infant lap child I can not use the kiosk ok so I wait there are 6 people I front of me and 2 ladies working.. ok not bad right? Well yes it was bad one of the women was trying to figure out how to fly a dog and must not have done it before bc she was still helping her after I missed my flight over an hour and half of waiting online again behind only 6 other customers. Just wait it gets better then she puts me on another flight out of Grand Rapids going to Chicago then to Houston ok I've now have been up since 4am with my child and to the airport to wait for a different flight which I had plenty of time to make if both women working the counter could help check in customers or she knew what she was doing with the fog flying. Ok so get to Chicago and to Houston to have no luggage! The women who checked us in stapled the wrong luggage ticket to my boarding pass. I then go file a lost luggage form and am told to wait until I hear if they have located my bag. It's a huge inconvenience to have your travel messed up and I am more than accommodating when it's due to weather or things out of your control however the disrespect my family and I received from our United employee first thing this morning, to the rude women checking IDs and. Sorting passes mixed mine and my aunts up with throwing them back at us, to the snort disrespectful flight attended who was annoyed that my aunt and I both had only flights to Chicago boarding passes and seats who didn't want to help us sort it out so we could sit together to losing my luggage! This was more than disappointing and my Aunt lost a day and a half of her vacation with her son a surprise visit planned for a month now. After waiting for the travel change and me having to wait and file a missing luggage form we wasted another whole day.

I appreciate a voucher for our inconvenience
