E-Certificate vouchers


my husband and I had a very long delay returning from Spain on United Airlines , aug. 6, 2012 and were issued E-Certificates for $150 each. we called united airlines few months later to find out when they would expire and were told in Dec. 2014. when we went to use them to book tickets to charlotte, last week, we were told they expired. the information we were told earlier was wrong and as a result we lost out in using the certificates.i am writing to please reconcider in reissuing the certificates. our memories of our long , disastarous delay is still vivid in our mind. our old certificate # are 101606050689645062 and101606050575254345. thank you for your concideration of this matter
