Getting to Aruba 1 hour late
Hello wanted to let you know about our experience with United Airlines for our trip to Aruba from February 8th thru the 14th 2017. We traveled with 2 other couples and our flights to Aruba as well as our flights back to the states well we will all rate this out of 10 as the best a score of 1!!!!! Both times getting to Newark we had to run to the next gate to catch our connections which we just made. We all believe they just kept on making excuses why we were not taking off on time. Our flight from Newark to Aruba we got on the plane and then had to get off the plane because of computer problems yeah right cause hour later got right back on the same plane which made us get into Aruba over hour later than we were supposed to, not happy at all!!!! Coming home from Aruba delay again because they had to move people around on the plane to balance it never heard that before so we had to run to our gate to our connecting flight back to Albany, sat on the plane for 30 to 40 min and then they had to move a passager to back of the plane really?!!!! We were supposed to get into Albany at 9:30 well by time we got there and got off the plane it was about 11pm and we had to sit on the plane for about 30 min waiting for someone to move a plane that was at our gate!!!! Not happy with this plane trip at all!!! Would love to speak with someone on this trip from United Airlines
