My trip to California was without complaint. The service was outstanding and the ride one of the best I had ever had on any airline. All attendants were professional and customer friendly. My trip home was quite the opposite. I wasn't sure about my flight and walked up to an attendant whom later stated her name was Josephine when asked. She was rude and belittle me before all standing behind me. She rudely slammed my ticket on the counter, shoved it back and told me my plane didn't leave until 3 hours later. I sat in my sit awaiting the time to past and decided to go back to address her very unprofessional attitude. I must say she was not rude and did apologize more than once. I walk back to my sit and turn to see she and three other attendants laughing. I can't say they were laughing at our situation but it definitely felt like it. I walk back to the desk cane in tow and ask the name of her supervisor/manager. She pointed me to his desk. He was very friendly and professional as all on my first trip. A Mr. Arias I believe. He gave me a seat closer to the front of the plane out of consideration. An Act that was not warranted because I had no problems with the seat I had but one very professional. He explained that Josephine was one of the best and must have been having a bad day. I as the customer was having a bad day as well feeling a little lost in my environment; therefore, I believe my bad day superseded hers. After all I never took it out on her.
