Need a Response ASAP!!!!! - Business


We just got back from a convention that i booked a flight with united airlines as my transportation (round trip) This was the WROST trip ever. upon getting to the airport and checking in a hour early as instructed we where informed the plain was delayed then cancelled going to newark. after some checking the lady at the desk got us a flight out on the dullies/ washington flight, the flight was 30 minutes. then the trip went down hill from there, we where in the dullies airport for 2 hours on a layover just to have the plain be grounded for weather then a bad fuel line, we were unlouded and after and hour or so given another plain which we sat on for about hour and the told that the crew didn't have crew rest and we had to unload the plain and the flight was cancelled. after exiting the plain the clerk at the desk told everyone NOT to come rushing the desk because there was nothing he could do to help us. there was a full plain of people and one clerk at the time. he told us to try and call the airline ourself maybe we could get something sooner, which i did. after talking to the airline i got a ticket for the next morning at 9:00 after waiting in line to print out my tickets( that i called for) the first desk clerk was telingl the new clerk to just print something out and the other clerks the next day could fix the tickets if the wher wrong. we had to stay the night in dullies ( lossing one nights rate at our hotel in vegas) we went to chicogo another 2 hour are so layover we made it to vegas on the day of our convention half way through the first day. RETURN trip we left vegas at 6am got to chicogo at 12 (6 hours) when we go to chicogo (on time for our next flight) the flight had been cancelled and didn't get another flight until 7:50 p.m. (7 hour layover)
