Nightmare


I am very disappointed and angry with the way your Arline and employee screwed up our entire Itinerary. From the time we got to the airport in Chicago to the time we got back they pretty much made our trip a living night mare to the point of me crying before booking our last flight. One of the employee from Chicago Ohare screwed up by trying to change our names on the tickets with out listening and trying to understand that the names where put in the correct form. And from there all hell broke loose. After she messed up the entire itinerary she gave us back the tickets telling us that we have to call Orbitz now and make them change everything to be good. by that time she completely screwed up all our setting that was already done for us in advances and made all 6 of us including my 2 minor boys to sit all aver the aircraft alone. My 9 year old boy end up sitting between two man alone in 4 hour flight with all lights in the craft shut off because it was night. I was not able to see him or see if anything was ok with him. Before I enter the craft i asked one of the laddies that worked for your company that i would like to sit together with my kids and she told me to ask the people around me to see if they would like to switch. I honestly did not understand how was that my job to ask people around me to leave the comfort of there sit and move because your employee did not know or wanted to know what she was doing and created this entire mess. So then a couple of days later when our return was getting closer I tried to see if i can check in so i don't have the problem again. And at that point the system told me that they are no tickets to be found for my reservation. When I called United to see what is going on the lady was keep telling me because I tried to change something i mess up all the itinerary. And I told her i did not try to change anything the employee in Chicago did all

that, and then a new HELL started, that I will need another 2000 and more characters
