Over sold

I have been a victim of United of over selling tickets and cheated over out of what I paid for. United wants to have you do everything on line and their the system does not work well . I think they just do not care about the customer. sanctification. I also feel that they just want the money. Heartless CEO this company was well managed when operating as Continental Air then came the merger and it is just worse.
