UNITED AIRLINES CONSUMER COMPLAINT

On July 2, 2017 were told that our plane, was not going to arrive on time, leaving Houston,Texas at 1;35 going to Chicago,Illinois then going to Moline, Illinois ,due to maintenance issues , how ever the ticket agent, kept coming on intercom saying that the plane would be here at such and such a time, it never came in now its almost 61/2 hours later, their telling us that we have to go to a different terminal, l way across the airport, to Now! board a different plane going to Denver Co!!!, we go and once we board the plane we find out that United airlines gave $300.00 ticket vouchers out and $10.00 meal vouchers to everyone and my family of 3 did not get anything ,and we want to be compensated not only did we miss our connections we missed out in our special engagement for that evening, we were to arrived in Moline,Illinois at 6:45 and after all said and done we did not are arrive in Moline. Illinois til about 10:30 pm on another flight , we are were very upset and your company should work harder to see to it that your customers are satisfied The McBrides Family
