I'm not sure where to start. My children an I flew into St. Paul, I had to take an emergency flight home. We attempted to depart with the same bags. I was told I would have to pay additional money for my daughters carry on "purse" and laptop. This would total $110.00. I expressed that this was the same luggage that I had coming in but agreed to pay. I also asked to talk to the supervisor ( Donald Michelson). The attendant Michelle Woods walked over and told him "she wants to talk to you, so you can tell her the same thing I just did"!! I was annoyed right away. I informed Mr. Michelson I would be leaving my extra purse with relatives and requested my passes. I went and sat down and waited for my family member to come and retrieve my items. Michelle walked over to me several times asking what I was gonna do with my bags because I would not be able to get on the plane without paying. She also told me I would loose my money if I didn't take the flight. At this point I'm confused because I know I can read and it stated I was charged 57.00 For a cancellation fee. At this point I'm pissed. I just wanted to get home... I have my kids standing here waiting. She was treating me like a child. I'm embarrassed and ready to get hostile. Another attendant observed the way she was disrespecting me and giving me a hard time and apologized. At this point I was in tears. I fly united all the time, but this was the last time. I was being bullied and treated unfairly for no reason at all. Management failed me also. I'm extremely disappointed. Never again....
