Company Not Honoring What the Airline Company Told a Customer
Way before the trip, I called the 1-800 number and talked to an UA employee that we cannot make the trip and he told me that he will keep the info and I will be able to reschedule the trip as long as I will rebook 21 days before September 19, 204. He added also that I will have to pay $75 per ticket as a rebooking fee. I also told the agent at that time that this is going to be the second time that I am rescheduling the flight.
I called last July 31, 2014 while I was at work and was not able to complete the re-booking. I called again today and the agents/supervisors told me that I cannot rebook for the tickets or mileage expired.
I called and negotiated in good faith with your employee and I believed him. I wrote down all the information that he told me. I am now calling to rebook but I am being told otherwise. I did not make the error. It was your employee who was trained and employed by United Airlines , at this time, the company is telling me that he misrepresented the company. We should not be penalized for this. If your employee told me that I cannot rebook again, we could have tried and use the the tickets in May of 2014.
