Feel Violated

Coming back to Los Angeles from Hilo flight #1706, after having a delay to a problem with the plain, about an hour into flight, we had to go to Honolulu and change plain due to problem with plain. Arriving few hours later than scheduled arrival time, went to get our luggage, my suitcase's lock and zipper was completely cut off, and missing, and my clothes loose hanging. I have NEVER felt so VIOLATED in my life. They gave me a smaller suitcase, and sent me on my way. I am missing all the souvenir, and came home empty handed. I am so sad about this, and every time I call for help, I have not been helped. They just tell me to go on line.
