Wasted $ on flight wifi - in-flight wifi
I flew on the flight from Chicago to Maui on Monday 1.2.17. There were persistent problems with the wifi throughout the flight. I am asking for a refund of the $12.99 that I paid for wifi during the flight, which was wasted money.
