United Sucks! - airline tickets

I was told there was a $75 reschedule fee. I called at 10 am. (my flight left at 9 pm the following day.) I was told at that time my change of fee's would be $267. BUT, If I called back after 9 pm (24 hours) my change fee would be $75. I called back at 10:55. I was told my total cost to change was $535!!! THEY TOTALY SCREWED ME ON PURPOSE! when I asked to talk to the manager, they put me on hold for 34 minutes before I hung up. YOU GUYS SUCK!!!. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
