United Airlines Complaint
Customer carelessness - United Airlines - flight tickets
Finally, I've emailed a detailed complaint letter (referral KMM24976019V23255L0KM) on the 23rd of February and I haven't gotten any response yet, nor do I expect to get any at this point. So there you have it - the worse service I ever got from any airliner (and I definitely have my fair share of experience in traveling). I can only hope that someone in United will see this response and answer it.
